Recently, it has been reported that a fake Wordpress has released for some obvious reasons. The aim of the fake Wordpress is to copy with the original code and place some trojan of some of the core components to run the said blogging platform.

Actually, the fake Wordpress was previously posted at Wordpresz.org and they renamed its version to Wordpress 2.6.4 wherein the orginal Wordpress didn’t even release similar to what they’re releasing. The said hacked Wordpress contains a certain PHP file (pluggable.php) which hijacks the cookies stored and it connects to wordpresz.org/tuk.php that usually receives the hacked information.

Whew, pretty alarming. So guys if you don’t mind, just download Wordpress from Wordpress.org, since they’re the official publisher of the said blogging software.

Actually, this is just a simple bidding or auction that is comparable with eBay but basically you will be bidding on prizes not items for wholesale. So I guess, I need to have that points to have a new laptop like the one they give out the Mac Book, wherein I love everything about that laptop.

Recently, I bought a WLAN (Wireless Lan) for laptop since I’ve known that my current WLAN isn’t working on Mac OS X and so got to buy new one. Basically the new WLAN arrived earlier than the expected date, which is supposed to be next week. But yesterday, it just arrived.

There have been a few steps before I install it on my laptop since I need to know the hardware information so as to work on both operating system installed on my laptop, Windows Vista and Mac OS X. After few minutes of searching around google, I found out that this card is working natively (don’t need a third party driver) that will work upon completion of installation.

And so I opened up my laptop removing all warranty stickers from Acer and Octagon (whew!), and opened up the cover and so I saw the atheros wlan attached to the PCI-E port of my laptop and so I’ve pulled out the switch connector and placed it on to my new WLAN which is Broadcom 4311. And so plugged it in, and install Mac OS X (iAtkos 10.5.4) and horay! after installation I saw some prompt if I would like to connect to net since I’m using wireless router here at home, and yup its all up and working.

Hey guys! I’m back and this time I’ve something for each and everyone, the Crowns of Power. Well as you may know this is just one of the latest and the most enjoyable MMO game ever. Actually, I started to play this game about 72 hours ago, and wow with that span of time, I find  the game very interesting and currently thrilled with its environment and landscapes included on it.

By the way, my character name is “josef”. Actually the game is another type of virtual socializing. Basically this is an online game based on 3D graphical style where people or should I say players are able to meet one another at its designated or respected areas. One thing I like most is that, cool hairstyles, sleek colors, are available on this game not like on other online games I’ve played before. This could be more interesting and thrilling since the game can handle hundreds of players online.

So what are you waiting for download the game, install it, create your chatacter name and please do let me know about it (your character name) as well as your gadgets or items picked (if you have) so that I could able to recognize each on of you one the game.

Hello Everyone! Today is November 1 and let me greet you Happy All Saints Day and Advanced Happy All Souls Day on Sunday.

As promised, I will be posting some comments and speed test for my newly installed Wireless Globelines Broadband by Innove and Globe Telecom, as posted here.

To start with, just this morning a contractor from Globe Telecom came in to our house bringing with him the ZTE FM 600 Wireless Access Terminal or the so called modem. As per suggested by the testing team before, that it should be installed with the so called HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access) receiver or the outdoor antenna like with Smart Broadband but this time it is not in a form or rectangular device but it’s a square coated with a high quality cover to prevent over voltage whenever thunderstorm occurs.

As soon as it was installed properly, initial tests coming from speedtest wasn’t that impressive, please see the testing image below,

The above speed was just like my Smart Broadband connection which is very frustrating. But later on, a consistent speed of 1+ Mb/s occured, and also streaming is now faster than before and downloads went up to 189 kb/s, please see speed test images below,

Above speed was very impressive on today’s standard ISP speed or home users in the Philippines. Not bad, but eventually this is just the first day of getting connected with Globelines, I might also post some notes if there’s something going on with their speed.

As of this moment, I am enjoying my ISP speed and will be downloading a lot of files maybe tonight and on the other days.
